Sales terms

Version of June 2, 2026 · Plume — Timothé Duc · contact@plume-story.com

In short. Payments are securely handled by Stripe; Plume stores no banking data. Exact prices are shown at the time of payment. A story bought individually stays yours; a story unlocked through a subscription remains available as long as the subscription is active.

Article 1 — Seller identity

The Plume service is published and sold by Timothé Duc, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), whose registered office is at 358 Les Grands Champs, 07340 Limony, France. SIREN 829 368 166 · SIRET 829 368 166 00056. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Contact: contact@plume-story.com.

Article 2 — Products and prices

Plume offers a one-time purchase and subscriptions to its story-generation service:

  • Single story — a one-time purchase that unlocks one story, with no subscription.
  • Monthly subscription — access to the service, up to 30 stories generated per month.
  • Annual subscription — the same benefits as the monthly subscription, billed yearly, up to 30 stories per month.

Current prices, expressed in euros and all taxes included, are shown on the site and clearly recalled before any payment. Prices may change over time; the applicable price is always the one displayed at the time of the order. Any price change does not affect an existing subscription until its next renewal date.

Article 3 — Payment

Payments are securely handled by our provider Stripe (bank card and the payment methods offered by Stripe). Plume never has access to your card data and stores none of it. The order is definitively confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment.

Article 4 — Access to unlocked stories

The conditions for accessing a story depend on how it was unlocked:

  • Single purchase: the unlocked story is permanently yours. It remains accessible, even if you have no active subscription.
  • Unlocked through a subscription: the story remains accessible as long as your subscription is active. If the subscription is cancelled or expires, these stories are no longer available; they automatically become available again as soon as you resume a subscription.

Article 5 — Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your account area or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid period: any started subscription period remains fully due and is not refunded.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after your express consent and your waiver of that right. By launching the generation of a story, you request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal for it.

Article 7 — Refunds

A subscription under which at least one story has been generated cannot be refunded, since performance of the service has then begun. Any started subscription period remains fully due. Likewise, a single purchase is not refundable once the story has been generated.

Article 8 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute amicably, after first trying to resolve it directly with Plume (contact@plume-story.com). A European online dispute resolution platform is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 9 — Applicable law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
